Northwestern beauty

Duvall is blessed with an abundance of Northwestern beauty. From the Snoqualmie River that winds through the agrarian valley to the mountainous forests criss-crossed with trails, there is enough to keep any naturalist busy.

Duvall for a Day

If you are in our fair city for a day, be sure to visit the downtown shops - where unique items abound. While you're there, take a break at one of our local restaurants or coffee shops. Or if you prefer, explore the natural beauty that surrounds our town. There are many lovely hiking trails in and around Duvall. Click here for a map. Or enjoy the view and the swimming at McCormick Park. On the way, take a look at the restored train depot, a project taken on by a local Eagle Scout.

Summertime in Duvall is filled with festivals and community events. Duvall Days is put on by the city of Duvall and is a wonderful time to get out and meet neighbors. Sandblast is an art festival featuring a sand sculpture competition. There is also the wonderful series of concerts in McCormick Park-Summer Stage, arranged by the Arts Onstage Series.

Home in Duvall

Duvall is a wonderful place to call home. As well as the events and easy access to the outdoors, Duvall offers a sense of community that can be lacking in other more urban communities. The school district is large enough to provide a multitude of activities, but small enough to provide individualized attention.

One advantage for many people considering Duvall is that housing is quite affordable. With many new construction projects along with existing homes and build-it-yourself acreage, there is bound to be a home that suits your needs. And all of this within 20 minutes of Redmond!
